General Terms and Conditions for Appointment of Channel Partner

• Commission shall be paid on Basic Price, PLC & Car parking charges of the property booked.

• The Commission shall be payable as under:
  On receipt of booking amount:                                                                          1/3 of the Commission
  On receipt of 1st Installment and signing of the Sale agreement:             1/3 of the Commission
  On receipt of 2nd installment:                                                                            Balance amount
• Authorization shall be confirmed only after booking of at least 5 properties within one year of issuance of the letter of confirmation. However, Commission shall become payable only after booking of at least 3 properties & on receipt of bill on Company's Proforma.
• Various brochures, literature etc. shall be provided by the Company.
• The sale price shall be announced and revised by the Company from time to time and shall be followed strictly.
• All advertisements regarding our projects shall be done only after getting prior approval of the contents of the advertisement from the Company.
• This Authorization shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance of letter of confirmation and may be renewed depending upon your performance and at the discretion of the Company.
• In case any of the above terms and conditions have not been observed or any act is found contrary to the interest of the Company, this authorization shall stand cancelled without any notice.
• The security amount paid shall be refunded on termination/ cancellation of Authorization (without interest).
• A booking will be recognized as complete when accompanied by the Complete documents i.e Application form duly filled in with photograph(s) of the applicant(s) and signed by the applicants) with Pay Order/ Cheque (subject to encashment) towards the Booking amount and Permanent Account Number (PAN) etc.
• The channel partners shall ensure that any and all terms &conditions hereof are kept confidential and are not disclosed to any third party.
