"The present Directors on the Board have been appointed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, as its Nominee Directors vide its order(s) dated 21.01.2020, 22.01.2020, 03.02.2020 and 19.10.2022, in compliance with the directions issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its orders dated 20.01.2020 and 13.10.2022. The Directors on the Board are not liable to retire by rotation. No remuneration is being paid to the Directors of the Company, except sitting fees for attending the Board/ Committee Meetings. The remuneration of the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, as being paid, has been determined by the Central Government in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs."
