Unitech, India's leading business group and an integrated developer of large-scale real estate projects, has announced the launch of the next phase in Uniworld City in Ambala and Rewari. Named 'Ananda', the new phase comprises of plotted developments.
About 'Ananda' in Rewari
Ananda, part of a secured gated township, Uniworld City in Rewari, offers plotted developments ranging from 360 to 750 sq yards. The development will have complete infrastructure like internal roads, street lighting, sewer system, rain water harvesting, etc. The project will also have facilities like Shopping Center, Schools, Medical Facility, Community Centre, Club, etc. Ananda is part of Uniworld City- which is spread over 83 acres, is located strategically on the National Highway going to Narnaul and Mahindargarh, off the National Highway No 8 and National Highway No 71 giving good connectivity to the Northern and Western part of India
About 'Ananda' in Ambala
Like in Rewari, the Uniworld City in Ambala is a secured gated township and its latest offering Ananda, is a plotted development, ranging from 360 to 1000 sq yards. The project Uniworld City , spread over more than 60 acres, is located strategically on National Highway No.1 and off National Highway No. 22 (Delhi-Chandigarh Highway), making it well-connected to the major cities in Punjab and Haryana.
The earlier product offering in Uniworld City, both in Rewari and Ambala, was Unihomes. Launched last year, Unihomes was very successful and was well received by the buyers.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Jaideep Singh, Vice President Business Development, Unitech Limited said, 'Both Rewari and Ambala cities are promising investment havens owing to their location. Rewari is fast becoming a feeder township to cities like Bawal and Manesar and is part of the ever expanding belt extending southwards of Gurgaon. Ambala, a base for the Indian Armed Forces, is also witnessing strong economic activity driven by agriculture and textiles trade. We assessed and saw an opportunity for development of an integrated township in both these cities with product offerings of low rise and plotted developments. We are expecting a sales-realization of approximately Rs 500 Crores from Uniworld City in Rewari and Ambala over the next 2-3 years'
