Unitech's commercial project Info Park, Noida has been awarded Gold Rating by the Indian Green Building Council

Unitech's commercial development Info Park Towers 3 & 4 in Sector 135, Noida has received LEED India CS Gold rating by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The building envelope and its MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) services were designed and provided to cater to the requirements of IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) LEED India CS Gold rating.

About Info Park Tower 3 & 4, Noida

Info Park Towers 3 & 4 is part of a notified and operational IT/ITES SEZ in sector 135, Noida. It is built as a core & shell construction that provides flexibility to the tenant to carry out the commercial interiors fit-outs as per their requirements. The two towers are part of development on a 1, 20,000 sq mt. plot which will have 11 towers.

The sustainability features adopted in the project are under-deck roof insulation, wall insulation, energy efficient glass, efficient chillers, CO sensors for parking ventilation, use of VFDs (Variable-Frequency Drive), reuse of STP treated water for flushing and irrigation, views provided to more than 90% of the regularly occupied spaces, use of High SRI (Solar Reflectance Index ) paint on roof etc. The towers have able to attain energy saving of 17.5 percent over the baseline set by ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers).

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) Green Building rating system is an internationally recognized green building certification system. It provides third-party verification that a building or community is designed and built using strategies intended to improve performance in metrics such as energy savings, water efficiency, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
