Dr. Girish Kumar Ahuja holds a Ph.D. from the University of Delhi for his thesis on Financial Sector Reforms: Capital Market Efficiency and Portfolio Investment completed in 2009. He is a qualified and Practicing Chartered Accountant for the past 55 years and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He was a professor at the Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He was a member of the task force constituted by the Government of India for redrafting the Income Tax Act.

He is appointed on the Board of Unitech by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on recommendation of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. He was an Independent Director on the Board of State Bank of India for two terms.

Jitu played a pivotal role in launching India’s first publicly listed and Asia’s largest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). He has overseen Embassy’s residential portfolio of 45 million square feet of ready and ongoing residential developments, offering a diverse range of living options such as branded residences, uber-luxury villas, exclusive villaments, sky condominiums, integrated communities, senior living, and contemporary homes.

In 2017, Jitu introduced WeWork to India, where it has since become one of the country’s leading flexible workspace providers with 1,00,000+ desks across 60+ locations in eight cities. In 2024, he was appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of the company.

Sh. Prabhakar Singh, an eminent, illustrious and visionary technocrat, is a former Director General of the Central Public Works Department (CPWD). In his unprecedented stint of three terms as Director General of CPWD, he turned around the organization and registered a whopping 2,500% growth in its workload. He was instrumental in taking up the prestigious projects of the Construction of the New Parliament Building and Central Vista’s Development. The construction of the state-of-the-art Parliament House Annexe, Western Court Annexe, MP flats at North Avenue, the New Supreme Court Annexe Building in New Delhi, etc. also took place under his guidance. In their speeches the then President of India Shri Pranab Mukherji and Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi have appreciated his extraordinary performance in completing projects within the stipulated cost and timelines with good quality.

He is a distinguished B. Tech (Hons.) from a prestigious institution IIT Kharagpur and his name also features in the book the ‘100 Great IITians’, being one amongst the 100 eminent IITians who have contributed significantly to India’s growth, describing him as “The Infrastructure Man of India”. He also holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management (PGDM) from one of the premier institutes, MDI, Gurgaon. He additionally holds the Special Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management from IHS Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and has also completed the Low-Cost Housing Course from the National Housing Authority, Bangkok, Thailand. He was formerly the Member of Board of Governors of IIM Calcutta and has also held the position of Technical Advisor, being of a Cabinet Minister rank, to the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

He has been the recipient of several distinguished awards like the Distinguished Alumnus Award from IIT Kharagpur, the Eminent Engineer Award from the Institution of Engineers, the Distinguished Engineer Award from the Engineering Council of India, the Champion Technocrat Award from Construction Industry Development Council, the International Platinum Award Emersion Cup, Best Chief Engineer and Best Special Director General Award, World Engineering Excellence Award, International Felicitation and Fellow of Eminence Award by the World Academy of Higher Education And Development (W-AHEAD), Bhojpuri Ratna Samman etc.

Presently he is the Chairman of the Project Advisory Committee of the International Financial Services Centres Authority at GIFT City, Gandhinagar. He is also a Presiding Arbitrator of the India International Arbitration Centre. He has published four books of poems composed by him –two each in English and Hindi- released by the then President and Vice President of India.
